Travel Show Marketing Group (TravelSMG) is an independent event organizer catering exclusively to global travel suppliers and North American travel sellers mutually interested in conducting business with one another. TravelSMG offers a growing portfolio of large-scale trade shows as well as boutique, niche, and destination focused programs.

The Romance Travel Forum is an exclusive event catering to the established romance travel seller. This elite hosted program is designed to deliver a high-caliber event experience, complete with networking, top-level content in an intimate, collaborative atmosphere conducive to building strong business relationships.

The European Travel Agent Forum (ETAF) is an exclusive program designed to foster conversations and business opportunities amongst European travel suppliers with a hand-selected hosted audience of leisure travel advisors with a proven book of European business. ETAF will serve as a collaborative platform conducive to building critical business relationships to maximize ROI.

The Travel Agency Owners Forum is an exclusive program designed to foster conversations and business opportunities amongst global travel suppliers and business solution providers with a hand-selected hosted audience of leisure travel agency owners with decision-making power. The Event will serve as a collaborative platform conducive to building critical business relationships to maximize ROI.

The Family Travel Advisor Forum is an exclusive event catering to the sellers of the family travel niche with an emphasis on multi-generation, family reunions and other family group getaways. This renowned program is designed to deliver a high-caliber event experience, complete with networking and top-level content in an intimate, collaborative atmosphere conducive to building strong business relationships.

The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum is a B2B event designed to engage global travel suppliers and providers with North American travel agents. The Forum offers a one-stop shop trade show, educational conference program and optional add-on packages. This event is open to all travel advisors at every level in their career and therefore is set up much differently than our fully hosted boutique events. There is a registration fee that then allows you entry to the event, qualifies you for prize drawings and gives you special access to networking events and experiences over the course of the forum.

The Travel Agent Select program is an application based hosted program for our Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum. Applicants must be a full-time travel advisor with a healthy book of business and will need to provide 3 industry references.

Travel advisors interested in participating must first complete a formal application for review and consideration of participation. Our travel advisor acquisitions team will review each application and will notify the applicant for additional details and/or next steps to determine eligibility. Applications must be complete and the applicant must provide requested details about their business for additional consideration. Applicants are not guaranteed participation, however, will be notified in a timely manner. Specific requirements may vary depending on the event itself. We welcome all travel advisors to our annual Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum and offer early bird specials and discounted rates from time to time.

If selected to attend, in addition to access to the entire event, you will receive complimentary single-occupancy 3-night stay at our host property; roundtrip airport transfers; and an air travel allowance. This only applies to our hosted agents/hosted events and does not apply to our Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum.

The Event Management team will be assisting all registered travel advisor delegates with reservations at our host hotel.  Details will be provided once your registration is confirmed.  If you elect to stay off-property, you will be responsible for your own accommodations, transfers and additional fees may apply to gain access to functions taking place at our host property(ies).

Please fill out the online application if you are interested in being considered for a position.  You can find the application on each of the event sites’ homepages. Links to all of our event websites can be found on our home page (along with current known dates and locations.).  Once you have been accepted by our events team, you’ll be able to continue with formal registration.

The Event Management team will work with area hotelier partners for optional pre/post familiarization itineraries and site inspections. A complete schedule, including site inspections, FAM’s and other activities can be found on the individual event websites.

TravelSMG is committed to the success of our travel advisor partners and has created a robust offering of events for sellers at all stages in their career and/or specializations. Participation at any event is handled on an event-by-event basis, therefore previous participation at any of our events will not play into eligibility.

All of our events feature a diverse representation of supplier types, both categorically and geographically. Supplier company types include: All-inclusive resort chains and independent properties; hotel representation companies; destinations/tourism boards; wholesalers/packaged vacation providers; transportation and destination management companies; and key business solutions and resources. Depending on the specific event, these exhibitors may be tied more closely to the destination of the show.

Only accepted and registered travel advisors (and supplier personnel) are eligible to attend the event. Spouses and guests are not permitted to participate.  If you plan to travel with a companion, your companion will not be permitted to attend any portion of the event and additional accommodation fees will apply.

Many exhibitors may opt to take part in our official prize program at each event, though this is not mandatory and it is subject to change.  You will be provided a ticket to submit before the final drawing (or for our hosted events, be automatically entered).  Prizes provided in partnership with our Official Prize Program will be drawn at the close of the show on the final day.  You must be present to win. There may be exhibitors that opt to host a private prize drawing, and eligibility and selection will be at their discretion.

Registration offers a one-stop shop opportunity, complete with access to the educational conference program, sponsored sessions, roundtable product presentations*, the tradeshow and any official event offered networking/meal functions.  Please note, roundtable presentations are product specific and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hotel rates for registered travel agents are a special pre-negotiated rate  plus a daily Resort Fee and local tax.  A one-night non-refundable deposit is required to book your reservation in the room block.  The hotel booking link is included in the confirmation email that you receive when your registration payment has been processed.  If you’d like additional information on the agent hotel rate please inquire here.
