Only accepted and registered travel advisors (and supplier personnel) are eligible to attend the event. Spouses and guests are not permitted to participate. If you plan to travel with a companion, your companion will not be permitted to attend any portion of the event and additional accommodation fees will apply.

Participation at any event is handled on an event-by-event basis, therefore previous participation at any of our events will not play into eligibility.
